FUN SOCKS RETURN POLICY
It’s no fun if your purchase doesn’t work out as expected! All purchases made on FUNSOCKS.com may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase date, but only under the following conditions:
1. Merchandise must be unworn (unpacking used socks is no fun for us!) and returned in its original FUN SOCKS packaging, with all original tags/labels attached.
2. Return shipment must include the original packing slip, along with reason for return. Why? Your input is important to us, so we can fix what’s wrong.
3. With the exception of items marked FINAL SALE and other special circumstances, merchandise must have been purchased on FUNSOCKS.com to be eligible for a refund; we do not accept returns of FUN SOCKS products purchased from any other retailers.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, to purchaser by check if payment was in U.S. currency) and will include only the product price and tax amount.
5. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.
FUNSOCKS.com does not offer exchanges.
WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
If we made an error on your order, please contact us by email immediately following receipt of your purchase with a detailed description of the error at firstname.lastname@example.org; our staff will be happy to help. Shipment errors must be reported no more than ten (10) days following receipt of your purchase in order for them to be considered.
FUN SOCKS reserves the right, from time to time, to make changes, corrections, additions and deletions to its return policy. However, the return policy in effect at the time of your purchase will always be honored.
FUN SOCKS RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, go to http://returns.funsocks.com/ and please enter your email. You will be asked to provide your original order number and information about the product(s) to be returned; instructions for shipping the items back to FUN SOCKS will be provided. Return shipments must include original packing slip and reason for return in the original packaging with all tags/labels still attached in order to receive a full refund. If the return is due to an error by you, original shipping cost will not be refunded; if return is a result of an error made by FUN SOCKS, original shipping cost will be refunded. Determination of responsibility for the error shall be in the sole discretion of FUN SOCKS.
Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for FUN SOCKS to receive your return(s). Your original form of payment will be refunded within seven to ten (7-10) business days immediately following our receipt, but it may take one to two (1-2) billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly statement. FUN SOCKS will send you an email notification when we’ve finished processing your return.
